    We aim at building our own businesses as well as partner firms.
    A-MOLE EVOLUTION & SUPPORT which is our Corporate Support Base is to ensure our brand and business aims are fully supported.
    What they basically do is to:

  • Research and Develop new businesses that are geared towards creating decent and sustainable jobs for the youth.
  • Redesign and Digitally enable the processes of their business functions. We complement their digital strategy by working with our IT Company (Native Temple) to address the systems architecture and operating model that are essential to effective digitalization.
  • Determine what work gets done, how and by whom, with a researched service delivery model. We aim to cut cost by helping our companies get more value from shared services within our domain.
  • Build a world-class Finance function. Is to help our companies flip the paradigm so that they can concentrate on higher-value, forward-looking activities.
  • Design the right organization and operating model to ensure their functions can optimally serve the needs of their business.
